And About me using using Second Wind I if u know that buff it's healing 35 % of your hp so if i take buff from a chanter a got 13 k hp calculate that from 35 % of healing.

Guys Before u make that accusation try to know all class and come on asking to investigate a NPC from Heiron that's a little bit comic.

I'm tired from elyos crying all the time, a week ago some guys was complaining about we put a kisk in the top of a tree and Zodake close the post and now crying for a NPC what protect them healing himself, yes he are healing himself with 43 k HP and no he's not a ASMO

About that NPC. LOL! Epic. Ban that NPC LOL!!

Stamina Restoration is an instant heal of Chanters. Unlike before 2.5 update it has 2s casting time (But because it was bugged in Gamez before, even it is written 2seconds casting time, it was an instant heal. So when they changed the EMU weeks before 2.5, the 2s casting time was fixed. But gladly, now it's instant again and not due to bug)

Riiper used 2 healing skill of Gladiator. I don't see anything wrong actually.
