Thawing Kurngalfberg - Bug causing campaign quest to skip to 2nd part of quest

If you talk to Kistenian too fast or proceed to the next step of the campaign quest too quickly by clicking on the next dialogue, the quest will bug out and skip to the 3rd part of the quest.

This means that you will not be allowed to talk to Etun, Anoramas, or Triminos in order to ask for their essences which is the 2nd part of the campaign quest. Without all three of their essences, you cannot complete the third part of the campaign quest. All three Elim NPC's do not have any option to ask them for their essences when this happens.
