the character visualization problems

hello how are've downloaded the official client 4.0 download the launcher aion gamez to play but I have the problem that when I want to create the character not displayed fully in that part only see the head.
and upon entering the game does not see the hands and feet I want to know if they have a solution.

Hello, I got the same problem. I downloaded everything and I can actually enter the game, but like oscuridad said, when I want to creat a character I only see the head and when I log in I can't see my character at all( the terrain around me is moving but I dont see character or anything). And btw, I can normaly play the original Aion without problem... Can some1 tell me how to fix this?

 

Thanks for your trouble but also lower the item down the server gamez pack and pulls me the error will not let me repair
