The file is Corrupted (clieny v683)

Hello. I just download the file from this link :

• Full Client: Updated 3/26/2018
  v683 GamezBD Client (28.5GB)
  
• Patch: Updated 4/9/2018
  v683 GamezBD to v707 GamezBD (3.4GB)

I just followed all the instructions on the link however when I try to choose my character and then it loads up it gives me an error message saying:
The file is corrupted. If it persists, please run file-recovery from the launcher - Attached screenshot.
I tried the solution provided on this link:

Also I re download the full client twice and turned off my anti virus during extraction and also during the checking files / updates. But still this error message shows

Do you guys any alternative solution on this?

Just wait for a few hours. Version 707 is coming today.
