The Game could not start

Hello everyone, tried to search around a bit but seems i can't find any information regarding to this.
So the issue I have is very simple. You start the game and and I get this error


Nothing more nothing less. Launcher closes and that's it.
Tried the following.

• Copied BDO to it's own folder and repatched
• Disabled any overlay (Discord, Razor, Nvidia)
• Force the game to run with Nvidia (Laptop with hybrid 960m)
• Tested Retail (And it works fine)

I'm kind of out of ideas or places I can look for debugging so I hope for some assistance, that way I can come and enjoy this remarkable good server I heared about!
