the game crashes

    can someone help me ,,, i downloaded the game but when i press start it show me the intro then crashes ,, :(

    Define Crashes... blank screen, simply closes, is there an error...?

    no error no nothing it shows the screen with the Gamez icon then it crashes

    Try this... open your file explorer and navigate to:
    (YourWindowsProfile)/Documents/Black Desert/UserCache

    Delete the User Cache file (not the folder).

    Restart your computer, then launch the game again.

    If this does not work, you may have to reinstall.
