the game dont start

im new and just download the game, enter my server and then click in start but game charge, window appear in black and then close and finally open
launcher again any help or tip.

 

Let's try the following:
• Install Visual C++ from launcher settings;
• Add exceptions for your game folder on Windows Defender, Firewall or any other antivirus you might have;

Notice that some antivirus, like BitDefender, still running on background if you disable it, so better to uninstall if you use w10 with Windows Defender
