The genius and the smart

    I disagree with the entirety of this post. People with an inate ability to understand are less likely to be able to teach the same content to another person. The mind makes jumps in logic to get from point A to B, and the concept becomes lost to those who have to study the path.

    Those who had to study the path connecting the points are more likely to be able to teach it, because they understand what concepts are harder to grasp.

    Genius are born with a genetic or an unique trait that makes them Genius... Usually they are somewhat outside the social stream, because they tend to see things a little far away and in a very different way... like someone said... they can do logic jumps that are impossible for a normal or a smart person...

    we do.. A lead to B leads to C that results in D.... genius go from A to B to D directly.

    A smart person is someone that can be born smart or make himself/herself smarter in the course of his/her life, depending in the enviroment, social, or educational context.

    And thus... a genius can be smart.... or can be real slow.
