    Yes I play Retail :3 And no, Silence doesn't do that x.x Not pots/physical attacks, just magical. Kind of like Blind effects Meele, but not magic.

    Except... No one uses blind on Retail, for people don't have high Evasion, so like everyone uses Silence :3 Oh and the proc rates are 5%, not 10.
