the items that i sold in the broker

it seems that i had a rollback.. two items in my broker got sold an hour before the crash, i redeemed the kinah and right now, i logged in and tried to check if there are still any item left in my broker, the 2 items appeared and the amount of my kinah was reset before i redemeed the money. but the black dye in my inventory was already gone.. to think that i first redeemed the money and gave the black dye to my legion friend..

any gm could please help me with this slight problem..
