    Hey, I'm trying to do the quest [Co-op] Mutant Manshaum Narc where you kill the manshaum chief but when I try to summon it it says "The monster has already been summoned". I've tried changing to all the channels and clearing the quest log and re-logging. Not really sure what to do to progress the questline.

    It's more or less what needs to be done, and if it didn't work you will have to wait until the next server restart.
