The problem with flying

    Hi I have a problem I can not fly in such places as the other players.
    Niekturzy can fly out of town I can only fly in one city.
    I do not know if you need some quest or something. People say that I have a bugg and
    I do not know what I do.
    My character is lv 40 Assassin
    NAME:Olesiej

    Please fix this error.
