I believe most of your post, minus the above part:
On Lumiel i pm'ed you a few times with simple requests but i never got an answer (i fully understand that gm's dont always have the time to help everyone, but somehow you made me think you didnt gave a sh*t).

And to me both Bellalicious and Scyth were always very helpful (question answered, helping me getting past bugged portals, recovering missing items, etc). Simpel stuff that is important for normal players....
