    I dont know what i should do.
    Already done the below.
    -Fresh Download.
    -Fresh Install Windows.
    -Net Freamework is installed.
    -Vc redist is installed.

    No thats definitely not the only solution this launcher is just crap.
    6 days now im trying to fix that and nothing is working.

    That's the only solution.
    Do you use a virtual machine to run the launcher? Virtual machines doesn't properly load net framework.
