    Respect? No.

I was born in romania, I did say that makes me kinda of proud, but now I live \ work in Australia and I can say I am an aussie, but the question is... Can you say same thing? No matter if you were born here or you lived here for 100 years the face will always say you are one asian girl who lives in Australia.

Hey regi, do you remember this ?

As of my working experience... Romanian are good people to work with.........

Unlike the greeks... they have small brains... they never simply flush the toilet bowl after they urinate that makes them worst*** than animals...

Greece is an example of a country with all 99% rich with no poor people... that makes them have all have Housekeepers/helpers to do the "human daily chores" making greeks as white brainless pigs....

Don't let me even get started w Pinoys because I'm here for nearly a year and I have see one too many things by roaming around in your country... Okies? The Greeks are way over you dude. Greeks got past of many thousands years while PH was just a union of spare islands by Spanish. See the difference? Of course you don't because your half nation lives in condition worse than African people live in.

    Now shut it.

You may want to read some of this...
    http://romerica.com/rom/hist_emp_ad1500_ov.htmEconomic Role

The Phanar district was inhabited by wealthy Greek merchants, who dominated the empire's maritime and overland commercial activities. To emphasize their upper class status they wore velvet capes with fur collars and sported diamond-studded turbans.
    Religious Role

It was here that the Greek Orthodox patriarch was eventually located. As the controlling faction of the Orthodox Millet, they had authority over all Orthodox Christians no matter what their ethnicity. This included most of the Wallachian and Moldavian Romanians.
    Political Role

Due to their extensive foreign contacts, their administrators staffed the foreign affairs offices, acting as imperial translators. Their naval officers commanded the empire's navy.
Through bribes, the wealthy purchased the crowns (as governors) of the subjugated Wallachian and Moldavian principalities. Since Orthodox Christians represented the single most important source of tax revenues, competition for the crowns often proved fierce.
Phanariots equaled the Turks in their desire to financially bleed the Romanian peasants dry through usury taxes.

Not only you had no Religion, Economy and Politics, but you also bribed people back in the 16th century, you are born robbers/cheaters, lowlifers.

This is what romania was like in the 16th century: [IMG]

EDIT: And just for the record: lamer.jpg

While I can appreciate the thread, and the serious standpoints involved with it, I do believe its gotten a little bit out of hand. I'm going to be closing this, while I go through and comb out the racist comments through this. Afterwords, I may reopen it.
