Theobomos/Brusthonin Campaigns?

    Do these campaigns simply not work or is there some trick to obtaining them? In retail you get it by simply walking into the biggest town in Theobomos/Brusthonin at level 45+. Is there some way for me to enable them and if not will they be fixed soon?
