this game is unavailable in your country

hi , when i start the game there popup this error : "this game is unavailable in your country"
but this is not because i come from germany or ?

i just download the full game and than installet Gamez Aion and than comes the error ;( .

 

Have you installed the NCSoft Client or the Gameforge one?
