I don't think it's speed hack. I think it's attack speed hack or skill animation hack, it ignores your skills animation so you attack faster with skills. It also makes you look like your skills are going off almost at the same time. Which is obvious in the video when her skill effects go off and overlap each other.

hmm this vid seems play faster than it should and porn was having speeds buffs both and also check the temp is fast too even the other players around them moves faster than the regular speed in the game
so this vid fail as evidence

btw i have seen almost this speed with guys with 25~40 MS too many of them so r those too hacking a_a

Guys/Girls your only going to get your threads closed and nothing actually ever being done about this particular person . So maybe it would be a better idea if all of this was sent directly to Bryne as she is head of all the AMs/GMs, and leave it for her to decide what is right or wrong and give out any necessary action that is needed.
