This program is unavailable in your country

Hi,

I'm having a problem when I update my gamez launcher, I'm getting a message saying : "This program is unavailable in your country".

When I repair my client, I can reach main page of retail but once I update my gamezaion launcher, I'm getting this error on both gamez aion and retail, so I think it might be related to gamez launcher update.
If anyone can help me, it would be nice.

 

What language is your Windows using?

 

My windows is in French

 

Go to Aion\L10N\ENU, select everything inside that folder and copy it (Ctrl+C), go to Aion\L10N\FRA and paste what you have copied in that folder (Ctrl+V), run the Gamez Aion launcher, update if asked, and play

hi I followed the steps to upgrade to 4.5, I did everything but when I start the game it tells me that ": Incerto:" What can I do? .

I have windows in Italian as I do?

 

Check your L10N folder, and if there is any folder named as "ITA" or "1_ITA", delete them

 

hi , i have the same problem . . yesterday i deleted every aion i had and then i dl the whole us-client again . I insert the gamezaion-launcher in the aionfolder . Then i do everything u state above but still it says the same.

Edit: on the official US-Aion i can enter without any problem

 

would you mind taking a screenshot of your current L10 aion folder?

 

I am experiencing this problem right now and I've tried everything... I'll try to explain: I'am living in France, my system language is English and this computer was bought in Turkey... And everything I've tried untill now failed. I've still got the error coming up everytime I try to play. Please tell me that something can be done about this...

 

Delete the L10N folder, repair the client with the NCsoft launcher (shortcut is inside the Aion folder, named as "Aion"), then try to play again without any modifications

 

I works now, I didn't see your reply so I went for changing the region from "France" to "United States" in my system settings. I don't know if that made it work but I will try now with the official client... I think that may be one of the solution to this problem.

Aion takes the language of your system, not where you are from, glad it's fixed now

I have the same problem here. Had Gameforge first, lost my nerves with it since nothing worked, downloaded the launcher and installed everything again. Now i have that language problem. My windows is english, so the enu file should be ok. I also deleted the L10N but after that the launcher doesnt give me any repair option even if i click on it, it just starts the game normal (the little picture atb) and after a 100 mins of waiting sometimes the game stops responding and sometimes (if im lucky to get that far) i get the language error. Any suggestions?

Nvm i just deleted all the other files and only kept enu. Works now =)
