this sux

after buying Load to Donate from mobile I cant/Didn't receive any pin code after inputting my # ... and earlier I cant access my other account from website .. is there something wrong or is it just that our WEBSITE SUX.

Donating via cellphone can often be causing problems to players from what I see. One of the main reasons is that sometimes their provider simply does not support donating via their device. Is this the first time you attempting to donate that way?

I could access to the website with my account without a problem. If you are trying to log into the website using your mobile and you still cannot do so, you should definitely try using another browser or clearing your browser's history.

 

last time I donate I also use my phone and it was a success but right now I didn receive any pin# after inputting my mobile # and earlier I cant access this account I'm using at the moment "not my main"

 

its almost an hour now. but still I didn't receive any pin#

 

You will need to contact the method that you donated from.
We do not have anything to do with their systems at all. Meaning, we do not send out that PIN.
