Tier 6 Horse Issue

    I have a Tier 6 horse that I cannot ride. When I take the horse out I have no function ring above the horse.

    I have tried relog, calling it father away, taking out and using a different stable NPC by remote recovery, using another character, basically everything and I still can't ride it?

    What Gives?
    any ideas or is it a bug with this particular horse?

    by casuality the horse have 2 seat skills?

    I did try to learn the 2 seat skill however the horse is Tier 6 lvl 1 and I have never taken him out.
    I don't know if trying to use Hope on the Two Seat Skill may have done something. Other then that I had bought this horse just like it is.

    Let @Kolka know your character name and name of the horse. I had that problem with new t7 horses in beta, some were even born wearing appearances. Yet no interaction wheel.
