Tiny mistake, No support/help.

Hey guys .
Today I've destroyed my ABG cloth leggs accidentally, as I had the Mist items in my bag and I've put the Chronal leggings on, and not noticingly, without thinking as i was planning, I have threw out the mist items one by one, and after some time I look into my inventory to see that I am wear the Chronal Leggings...
Well, As you can see, I've begged the <SeniorAM: Asanka>:bandit: And I am supposed to have evidence that I've had my ABG leggings, Well... I say, what kind of a person is so responsible and careful to make a SS of every single movement that you make, and make a SS of every single item of yours? I've had made lots of donations, This particular ABG cloth set I've traded with a purchased ABG Chain set, and you can clearly see my previous posts on how I have posted threads for the trade, you can track my activity on the forum of what am I looking for.. I have no idea why would there be a drop of doubt in whether I had that one piece of leggs, neither on why would I or how could I possibly lie for that one single item?
My legion-mate told me it might've been saved in the chat log in the Aion directory, but according to our AM the destroyed items are not saved there.. so what can I do? . Wasted $20 ? I would really love to retrieve the item, now, or refund my money. I'm a dedicated player here, and I don't really think this is a reasonable treatment of your players AM's. It's all my fault, but a little bit of kindness, and a little bit of fake care that you could try would be nice. Now I shall wait until Carl will bother reading this, and maybe he will see it in his log. well!
