If the Brigade General of a legion has been banned, how can we transfer it to other members esp. cents?

Need an answer, ASAP..

 

atm its kinda bugged coz people cant transfer it even when they try to intentionally

u might need to ask carl to transfer it for u

 

I just PM carl and there'e no reply.. Do you think carl will solve it? Or it will be like one of the hundreds of unstuck requests that still has no solution?
We are among the Top 30 legion so we have doubts of creating a new one.. But if we go on without BG, it would be hard to discipline players cause he is the only one in our legion who can kick players..

Can they just delete our BG's account? Maybe by doing so, it will be transferred to other cents..
