Well holy crap, AMs are certainly nicer now than when I was one. Players had to be extremely lucky to meet the criteria of item recovery. Only way to do so was to have ss of the transaction, and confirmation that the items actually went to another player who would then be banned rather than some alt account, usually by means of Alente checking item mall IDs.

Would be childs play to photoshop inventory listings and an in game conversation.

Just saying. Visual confirmation of prior ownership is worthless. Unless you have faith in the good will of mankind.
