Took a 6 month break and now cannot claim rewards

Took a 6 month break and now cannot claim rewards. I have an established account with many hours played. Maxed out characters with full main story questlines completed. Under: My Information, Challenges tab, Rewards: I cannot claim any of them. Tried many different ones and I keep getting the same system message of: "The action cannot be executed at this moment". I'm standing in town on my main. Weapons are not out. Not on a mount. Just standing still.

 

I'm also getting this issue with my account. I haven't been around for about a year or so but have been logging in at times to claim rewards when I could. Now I can't claim anything.
