uh, things are a bit complicated, I guess this part is still in the stage of wip
But, I still used some methods to complete this quest, but it will only give the title, not Liana's Tool Bag.

really? did you see the quest link right at the beginning
I have check, but I didn't get the tool beg so I opened a post here
I don't have an actual picture, because I didn't expect this kind of thing to happen at all. The column of quest completion only has cp, and there is no tool beg.

 

Obviously I missed the link that you added...I was merely trying to help...no need to get defensive.
Also it is awesome when someone adds a "confirmed", to the Bug Reports, so thanks to the both of you, for taking the time and effort to report this bug in the first place <3
