top up problem

I did top up my account, but the credit still not come yet

 

i m already top up to a long day ago credit will be come 1 day after purchase ,, i got my credit 1 day after i pay with my credit card via supereward

 

If you by "top up" you mean donation, thennnnnnnnn here's how it is =p

First donation usually takes longer because regardless of which method you used - they have to check you out first.

Donations can take up to 48 hours even though they rarely delay that long.

My first donation took over 24 hours and every further donation I did was instant. Most of the times, it's just the first one that is slower. Be patient and wait for your credits. You will receive them.
