torrent problems+ login problems

first my torrent stopped at 99.9 (1 more piece...) and the download speed is like 0.1 kb/s which is ridiculous...even though the torrent didnt finished i can still enter in the game but when i get in the login screen i cant click(i could only click when i was asked about the terms and conditions accept)...i cant click "Login" after i enter my id/pw(only enter) also cant click"Cancel" when im asked if i want to login Lumiel...
i tryed c restart,ip renew,torrent recheck...

u need ot get the data folder , torrent was missing some files , check http/www.megaupload.com/?d=8RUM3PZN and replace with ur current data pack. If u get any errors go to Data/USA/Items and change the itemsc.pak name to items.pak
