Trade quests

Hello,

I can't start these trade quests

I have all quests on available, but i still cant do these. aAre there requirements to these?
These quests are because i need: [Guild] Special Iron Ingot from Calpheon Workshop
Any help is much apreciated

This is the previous quest in the questline you want to complete in order to get what you want, it is in the quest description and is easy to see, also this quest is only available 1/week.

I found this quest after I read the description more carefully.

This quest: - Velian Smoked Chicken Sale Quest is the previous quest in the questline of second one I posted. I am still in the dark though, since there isnt a "Start NPC", only an "End NPC".
The description says:

But Bahar doesnt give the quest and neither does Olivino Grolin. I bought and sold the chicken to several trade managers and still the quest is not triggered

 

Oh this might need to be reported as a bug then...
