and, The Provenance weapon and the Boundless weapon can trade only if are not soul bounded. When you right-click to equip the item, you will receive a confirmation message to either accept or deny the bind. Once after that if you has sould bounded your items (in relation of which we speak) NEED VIP for trade.

 

so it means if i buy provenance weapon then i dont try to equip it
i can trade it right?
