    They could easily check logs and find all the proof they need.

    Actually you can trade normally with ppl.
    I traded with a lot of ppl and using fraps / GM Trades.. all my trades were just perfect..
    You just need to do that.. wait for a GM For ABG Trades / Big Trades.. if there's no GM oniline.. JUST DON'T TRADE

    That used to be (?) an option to choose, however, since none of the GM's ever reply to us, we just get tired of waiting and just do what we can to ensure the trade is secure. Some things are out of our hands as you can see, and when things go wrong, we still expect the very basic of services to be delivered when possible. By the very basics I mean, replacing the item(s) for the victim. There's nothing much more one can do unless they actually set targets of stamping out this kind of activity all together.

    In any case, there is still sufficient information in the screenshots, chat log, plus the history of item purchasing via credits (which I'm sure Sung will post up sometime soon).
