I saw this topic in a different thread called "Things to ask about 2.0". I believe this issue deserve a thread of its own in order to gather attentions from the GMs/Admins.

By default, we do not have a 2.0 items.pak yet so once we update into 2.0 all of our ABG/EAT/Anuhart gears become untradable.

The main concern is with ABG/EAT gears since they can't be farmed from instances and are bought with USD. (duping is another issue altogether and I don't intend to discuss it here, fact is donators paid with legitimate credits for ABG/EAT)

Currently I'm passing my ABG accessories and EAT sets among my characters within the same account. If they become untradable (and the admins have the intention on keeping it that way), that'll be pretty upsetting for many of us.

At the same time, I am aware of the duping concerns. Is there a way to enable the storing of untradable gears into Storage? That way we can still trade within our account to different characters.

So how's it gonna be? I wanna get an official position on this issue bofore the patch so that I can least put them on my most played characters. I believe it's reasonable to ask this question since many people would have similar concerns. When it comes to your donator's money on the table, better not mess around.

Edit: There can always be a 3rd party present who will make the 2.0 items.pak anyways.

*please do no troll or flame.
