Trading Won't Allow to Purchase​

Bug Description:

I'm in Ch3, at Elda Farm, enteracting with the NPC Coco Elda, trying to purchase the Flamingo Egg for the Trade Advancement Quest. I click the "Purchase All" button and it immediately disconnects me. I have tried different Channels, along with selecting both my inventory and Mount/Carriage. I have also tried Deleting Cache through the Settings Menu, in-game. I have tried clearing the Cache files through my computer's Document Files, along with flushing my computer's DNS. Nothing is working The only thing I have yet to try is reinstalling the game. Considering how long it takes to download the game, I really hate the concept of doing that, but I will if need be. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do at this point on my end.
