    Training skill level not working?​
    Bug Description:
    "Increases the chance of gaining a higher minimal movement speed by x%" seems not working.
    It doesn't eliminate 0.1% roll.

    But I don't have a retail account to test.
    Can someone elaborate this?    ​

    people on horse discord are saying that above a certain training lifeskill level, you can eliminate 0.1 rolls when the horse levels up

    for example in that picture I attached, it says "Master 7 = no 0.1 rolls on T8"
    so in retail if you're Training Master 7+, your T8 horse shouldn't get 0.1 stats when it levels up (stats means like speed, accel, turn, brake)
    sorry I can't test it by myself since I don't have a retail account

    I sitll not understand sense of report. ITs increase chance, its not mean guarantee give stat. Just more chance to get stat.

    can someone elaborate on this?
    if you jump into this discord and search with "eliminates", "minroll", "master 3" you'll see some people are saying that a training level above a certain level eliminates 0.1 rolls
