    As Puddles said, credits can not be transfered directly from one account to another.
    However, you can purchase items with credits and trade them afterwards. (This is basically what happens when you see someone shouting "WTT Credits / VIP Credits).

    The difference between people offering "simple" credits and "VIP" credits is that some items can not be traded with out VIP, therefore the amount of possible choices is reduced. VIP gives the possibility to trade any item in game (except fused weapons), therefore your choice will be wider.
