Transfer from Elyos to Asmodians — critical error

Hello, I'm currently dealing with a complicated situation in the game. I recently purchased three parts of a set for a Gunner I plan to play in the next season. However, the set turned out to be from an Elyos character, which is preventing me from buying the remaining two parts, even though I have enough Abyss Points and Ceranium Medals. I reached out via Discord, but unfortunately, I wasn’t even acknowledged. I’d like to know what can be done in this case, as it’s not my fault that the admins swapped Asmodians for Elyos. If possible, I don’t even need the item to be +20 or socketed with Manastones — I would just like it to be exchanged for an Asmodian version.
