    Guys why the trnsfer still not available? they said it is few days maintenance but it's been 3 weeks already.

    There will be an announcement in when it comes back up. You can just make a toon in Siel since it's very easy to gear up anyways. You could probably have the same gear as your lumiel toon in siel while waiting for the transfer service.
