Transport Bug

    Hello,
    Firstly sorry for my bad english.
    I tried to transport my ingots and concentrated magical black stones heidel to calpheon but not transported still in heidel storage i tried to take to my inventory but nothing happened ingots bugged after relog ingots and stones disappeared im new at server and all my effort are gone 70 - 80m worth money gone.Help me pls.
    EDIT : i just saw 70 - 75 weapon black stones and 70 - 75 armor black stones disappeared too.
