Transported Stuff gone

I am known as a packrat and keep a lot of items safe in my bank. Last night approximately just the exact hour just like this post, I transported some materials such as weeds, potatoes, corns, sap, lots of it, even woods. Oh, and like around 100 water bottles too, for my farming needs.
I remember I transported from Heidel to Velia, and few menial stuff from Velia to Olvia (I don't mind the ones to Olvia since I don't know what their use)
But the ones that I sent from Heidel to Velia, it's all that I need. Such as crops, high-quality crops and more.

I was unable to log in due to the xigncode error thing, I cannot play at all, the game will kick me anytime I logged. And yes, in fact. all of the transported goods ARE GONE.
I've traveled from Olvia to Velia and then Heidel, to make sure that the transported are glitched or something. But no, nada, nothing there too. Not in bank either, not in any other characters, they literally vanish into thin air.

Is this intended or what? I need them badly, and getting them again requires time.

 

You are not the first player who has encountered difficulties with the system, the transport system isn't working as intended. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't reach the destination.
I'm sorry to inform you but there is no way to track these items. I believe there will be a way soon.

 

Alright, thanks for the reply. I guess next time I'll just bring them in my inventory and transport it manually, less convenient but safe at least.
