Trio Combat Promotion Quest Bug​

Bug Description:

So I took the Combat Promotion Quest and spoke to the Otters. After I spoke to the Otters nothing else came up. Looked at Black Spirit saw a quest called "Suppress the Sausans" completed it and turned it into Black Spirit. Now I shut down Gamez and relogged still nothing. Then I restarted my computer then nothing. Please fix this or tell me what I'm doing wrong. And no I haven't completed it.​

I finished the Garbrace quest and still nothing came up. I even started the Trio quest. spoke to em and got that 50 contribution point then nothing.

 

Could you guys cancel the quest for me so I can retake it?
