Trying to buy cash through payop, keeps giving me an error but not much else

    I'm trying to buy some cash through payop, and it tells me the payment is successful but then keeps loading before eventually giving me a very vague error, 'an error occured while trying to pay. Please try to make a payment later or contact to support', before closing the tab by itself. Has anyone else had this issue? I'm not sure whats wrong really as the srror message is too vague to pinpoint anything.
