Trying to login to the client/website and tells me that the account "doesn't exist."

    Hello all, Wraithhunter here, returning once more into the lands of BDO. However this isn't a warm welcome that I would of hoped. I downloaded the latest update to the client and tried to login, I used the same password/name since I've started on this private server, after trying to login on the client, an error message pops up saying "incorrect username or password." I then decided to go the website to do the process of changing the password seeing that my old one doesn't seem to work. However when I type in my email into the login page on the website, it tells me that "this email doesn't exist." Which now I am dumbfounded. I also use the same email here on forums, and as you can see it's fine, so I don't know what's up with that.

    Any Dev, GM that can assist me with this issue? And is there any way that a GM can check to see if the account is still listed in the database? If not that's ok but It kind of sucks coming back and literally having to start over again after year's worth of progress.....

    Edit: So I've discovered something pretty dumb..apparently, despite signing up with my email on this PS back in 2019 with a capital letter "B," the website only recognizes the email if the beginning letter is a lower-case "b." Like "blackeyes" instead of "Blackeyes." I've just discovered this and really, I am not sure why this is...I've login to the website many of times using the capital letter "B" and everything is fine, but now it's case-sensitive? The other issue I am having however is that when I click on the link it brings me back to "Password change" but there isn't anywhere to type a new password? Just tells me "your account details have been sent to your email!" This is all very confusing..I've also discovered the auto-generates a password for you but even with this new password the client keeps telling me it's "wrong" I give up lol...any help will be appriciated.
