Trying to register a Gamez account

    So I need to make an account to log in before I can play. Thing is when I try to register I only see the blocks I need to fill in. I tried different browsers but it still stays the same. I tried entering my "details" after a registration run through but it seems it is not sticking...
    Any help would be much appreciated!
