    Tiamat's Stronghold.

    To get there, go to Rancora Fortress and enter the portal to Eye of Tiamaranta. Once you're inside (Elyos/Asmodian Breakout), take the wind stream until the end where you'll land where the instance entrance is (left if you're Elyos and right if you're Asmodian).
