Turo elite boss spawn (Ulutuka) not spawning in some spots

    Bug Name:
    Turo elite boss spawn (Ulutuka) not spawning in some spots​
    Bug Description:
    Grinded new Tonkta spot in O'dyllita and noticed some spots spawn elites every 4-5 packs very consistently every 5-6 minutes, but the same spot on other channels hasn't spawned it in over 3 hrs grinding.​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    Grind turos in various spots and channels, notice only some spots spawn elite and others never spawn​

    Ulutuka has 50 min respawn delay for each spawned trigger. Some spots has few triggers in same place, some - only one.
    So all works retail like.
