Tuvala armor and weapons enchantment.

    Hello,I am a new player here on private server and i started enchanting the tuvala season armor and weapons and noticed that going from Tri to Tet in either weapons or armor gear, it has a base chance of only 8% which is pretty low compared to retail which is 40% if I remember correctly. Is this ittenended? Thanks for the replies.
