Tuvala Gear from previous season character disappeared

Hello,
All the Tuvala gear that I had on my previous season character has disappeared. I cannot find it anywhere.
Can you assist me with this, please ?

Did you graduate your charackter?
If not, then this is what was already mentioned would happen.

 

I didn't graduate it because I took a break from the game. Anyway deleting all the gear is ridiculous. I didn't see any warning ...

 

Since you did not graduate, the gear becomes obsolet anyways. Since your char will auto graduate after a certain time when season ends. So it wont be a season char anymore, but since you didnt do the graduation stuff, you didnt get the conversion coupons, so your tivala equip is useless anyways.
I know it sucks, but bdo is a marathon, so this was to be expected.
You can however end the 40 dailys at fughar if im right and at least get the pen capotie (ring or earring, depends how you choose).
