Bug Description:

Skill: Absolute Chokeslam [E] (No input during the grab, the bound works fine)
What it is doing: Grabbing the target and throwing it on the floor.
What is expected of the Skill: Grabbing the target and throwing it on the floor, applying a knockdown.

Skill: Sturdy Step III [Shift+F]
What is it doing: Doing the skill, then tries to do it again but it gets canceled with the message "Please Try Again In a Moment" [It should have a three-second cooldown.]
What is expected of the Skill: Dashing, then with no input change, run forward. This worked yesterday with no issues. I assume the update today broke something.

With more casts, you notice more delays. I even made a screenshot where the skill wouldn't even tick down (cooldown vise). And no, it's not "ping" my ping to the server is 40ms and I have reconnected 3 times.

The Grab is the most important skill of the PVP kit at the moment. There is simply no way to kill players or 1v1 without a working grab. Since Guardian Pre Awaken is a class that badly needs the grab. I hope for a fast fix.
