UI setting not applied upon game startup

Bug Name:

UI setting not applied upon game startup​

Bug Description:

Reduced UI scale to 90%, which is not applied during game start.
Start, Settings, Quit buttons are still 100%.
Server selection and character selection screens are also 100%.
Upon entering the world, scale is only partially applied thus stamina bar is misaligned while sprinting.​

How to reproduce/proof:

Reduce UI scale to 90% from game settings then restart the game.
Open settings from game start screen to check if scale is set to 90%.
Enter the world with any character then sprint to check stamina bar position.
Open UI edit then save without changing any thing and check stamina bar again.​

 

Its client side, so how game client work, i can recommend only reset all by delete all in Cdocuments/Black Desert/
