UI Settings not saved​

Bug Description:

Hi,

My UI setup is not saving.
I have set it up in PRESET1, then everytime it reloads it resets.
I basically click PRESET1 everytime the game loads.

Also, the text bar when you chat, keeps on moving back to where it was and I keep on moving them.
Another thing is the settings for quests, I have to click the Do not show for "Show Recently Updated Quests" everytime I reload the game (including the "rescue" command).

Game is installed in C:.
Documents of windows (where screenshot and maybe other settings are saved) in D:.

Its error from access to CDocuments/Black Desert/
U not owner of folder, or broken windows setting with access to this folder, if u not known how to make self folder owner, or how to use access management, i recommend i just reinstall ur windows and never touch folder access settings, role settings.
